Do you have a cycle hire service in the village?

Yes.

One of my family members has a disability; do you have suitable bathroom facilities on the site?

Yes.

Are showers charged separately?

No. Showers are programmed to provide water at a temperature of 37 degrees, and are free

I have small children; is there a changing area available?

Yes. There is a nice baby changing room in the toilet block.

What small electrical appliances can I plug in together at pitches with 6 amp sockets?

Light, fridge, and coffee machine.

Is there a programme of Entertainments in the Village?

Yes. This service is generally available in July and August.

Where can I purchase tickets for public transport?

For the train, at the railway station; for buses, on the bus itself.

I made a booking a few days ago, but I still haven’t received confirmation.

Don’t worry. If you paid for your booking, you will receive confirmation by email. The time necessary for this may vary (5 – 6 days).

How far is your village from Venice? Can I get there by train?

130 km You can take the train from San Cristoforo and enjoy a lovely day out!

If my friends and/or family want to visit me on the camp site, what do I need to do?

Just come to the reception, leave a document and if your guests are staying for more than one hour, you will need to pay the relevant tariff.

How do I get to Campeggio San Cristoforo from the motorway?

From North Trento, heading in the direction of Padua, exit at San Cristoforo. The village is about 22 km from Trento.

As well as my camper van, I also have motorcycles with me. Is there an extra charge?

For one, no; any others, yes.

How can I cancel my booking?

Can I bring my dog?

Yes. Dogs need to be kept on a leash at all times and walked in the dog park at the entrance to the camp site for their toilet needs. If you are staying in our mobile homes, please inform us about your pet at the time of booking.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment in cash (within the maximum legal limit), as well as by debit or credit card

If I think I am going to arrive the day after the start date of my reservation, do I need to inform you?

Yes, even if we wait until 12:00pm of the following day before cancelling your booking.

What happens if I arrive after the time to occupy my pitch?

Nothing, because if the pitch has been paid for from that date, it will not be given to anyone else.

What happens if I arrive before the set time to occupy my pitch (4:00pm)?

Nothing. If the pitch is still occupied, you will need to wait for it to be vacated.

If I arrive one day before the reservation date for our stay, would I be able to occupy my pitch?

It depends. If the pitch you reserved is vacant, then yes; otherwise, if possible, we will accommodate you on another pitch for one night.
