You can enjoy the tranquillity of our 1- or 2-bedroom bungalows, the well-kept interior of the Mediterranean Suite, or perhaps the exclusivity of the King Vista Room. Resting is definitely a pleasure when you have the choice of so many different types of beautiful accommodation.
Waking up to the rhythm of the sea
Have a hearty breakfast on the sea-view terrace of our restaurant and then devote yourself to your favourite activities. The beach is the perfect place for windsurfing, kitesurfing, paddle SUP or perhaps a game of beach volleyball with friends. And if you need a break, there is always the Kitebar right on the sand, or perhaps the Yacht Club, a beautiful circular structure with an outdoor terrace in the Marina area.

You choose what you want to do! At Tenuta Primero you have a football pitch, four tennis courts and a basketball court at your disposal. Are you ready for exciting challenges with your friends?
Two wheels are enough to see the world
Many accommodations at Tenuta Primero already include free use of two bicycles, but if you don't have one available or you need more, you can always rent them directly in the village. There are many routes for cycle tourists, but one of the most beautiful is certainly the one within the Cavanata Valley Nature Reserve: 350 hectares of unspoilt nature with flamingos, black-winged stilts, kingfishers and many other bird species.
Are you ready for a day on the green?
Would you ever have imagined a village/resort in Friuli Venezia Giulia with an 18-hole golf course? If you have never played this sport, your holiday at Tenuta Primero is the perfect opportunity to get started. Our instructors will be happy to teach you the basics, and you can test yourself first on the driving range and then directly on the course. And if you don't have the equipment, you can always hire it straight from our golf club!
