Entering the Terrace Sea View Suite means knowing you have made the right choice: the warmth of the wooden floor, the ethno-chic furnishings, the bright windows and the terrace with a sea view create a cosy, refined yet spacious ambience, thanks to the 58 m² divided between bedroom, living room and bathroom. Spending precious moments in accommodation like this is truly a holiday within a holiday.

The Marina Café is not just a bar, but the best way for you to start your day: sit at one of its tables or on the comfortable sofas, order a coffee with a croissant or a slice of homemade cake, and enjoy the early morning light coming in through the large windows overlooking the Marina. At Tenuta Primero, even breakfast can become a moment to remember.

Having a marina within the resort gives you the freedom to use all the services of Tenuta Primero while at the same time allowing you to explore new destinations by sailing your boat. Where are we going today? Do you prefer the mystical silence of the island of Barbana, the luxurious worldliness of Portopiccolo or the architectural beauty of Piran, Slovenia? Departing from our village, it only takes a few minutes of sailing to arrive at your destination. And if you don't have a boat, you can always hire one!

The wine cellars of Collio, Friuli Venezia Giulia's geographical area of excellence for wine production, know this well. Amidst vine-growing hills, forests, small villages, castles and ancient churches, you will discover excellent wines such as Friuliano, Collio Bianco or Pinot Bianco, but also the slow pace of nature and the traditions linked to this land.
