Le Mimose Family Resort: a completely renovated seaside resort in the Marche region with a new concept

40 new lodges, an improved water park and lots of other surprises at our holiday Village in the Marche region

A complete restyling of the Le Mimose Village will be launched for the 2025 season, changing it from a Family Village to a Family Resort and renewing the entire holiday experience for its guests. Thanks to a series of changes, the Village will offer design, fun and a new concept of hospitality, just waiting to be discovered. No more excuses: it's time to book your holiday in the Marche region in a setting that will really win you over.

Tailor-made comfort for all families, for a new concept of living

The Village will remove the pitches and expand the accommodation offer with 40 new modern and functional lodgings, designed to satisfy every need. From the Mediterranean Junior Suite with sea view and wooden veranda, perfect for those who want uncompromising quality - three houses in this category will have a panoramic roof terrace - to the Lodges Superior Family, spacious and ideal for large families, as well as accessible accommodation designed to guarantee the right level of comfort for everyone. Each lodge will have a kitchenette, air conditioning and spacious rooms for a holiday that combines practicality and design.

Completely refurbished bungalows

In addition to the new accommodation, 7 types of bungalow already in the Village will be completely refurbished with modern and designer furnishings. Every detail will ensure that your stay meets your expectations.

An improved swimming pool: relaxation, style and lots of fun

The Village's swimming pool will undergo a series of upgrades to give it an elegant and contemporary look: wooden floors, a redesigned layout to maximise space and a resort-style atmosphere will provide fun for the whole family. Whether you're a swimmer or a sunbather, you'll find your favourite spot among the sun loungers, sun umbrellas and a new kiosk bar, perfect for enjoying fresh cocktails and poolside snacks.

More space for greenery

The green areas will become increasingly larger and more structured, thanks to a new philosophy that will focus on welcoming common areas and integrated services. The result? An even greener and more sustainable Village, for a true Full Life Holiday by Club del Sole!

Playground with adventure trails: fun for the little ones

Fun and relaxation are the order of the day in every corner of the Village: the new playground will become a children's kingdom, with slides, towers and suspension bridges to stimulate their imagination and physical activity, to name just one example.

Nobody is left out at the Village, not even our four-legged friends! A new fenced and equipped play area will allow your dog to run and play in complete safety.
