A floating water park and much more: Tenuta Primero's news for the 2025 season

A floating water park, padel courts and many other facilities will be available at our Village in Grado for the 2025 season

No more excuses: now is the time to book a holiday at the Tenuta Primero, our Village in Friuli-Venezia Giulia. The reason? It's simple: so much fun is waiting for you!

In fact, in 2025 the Tenuta Primero - now the Tenuta Primero Grado Family Collection - will introduce many new features that will make an already very rich structure with exclusive services a perfect Village for sports and wellness, as well as the perfect destination for families looking for comfortable accommodation with attention to every detail. Not only an 18-hole golf course, 2 marinas for the mooring of boats, 2 restaurants and many dog-friendly services, but also special attention to the entertainment and enjoyment of guests, with a series of interventions that will make the Tenuta Primero a perfect base for relaxing and exploring all the wonders of Friuli-Venezia Giulia.

Are you ready to experience our floating amusement water park?

That's right! In 2025, at the Tenuta Primero, a floating amusement water park with an inflatable course will be built on the sea, to the delight of adults and children alike! Test yourself by overcoming one obstacle after another and be the first to reach the finish line without falling into the water. Laughter and diving are guaranteed!

A brand new restaurant

You can already see the sea from the terrace of our restaurant, but from the 2025 season you will be able to do so in a fully renovated environment. The aesthetic format chosen for the refurbishment of the area includes great attention to detail and a cosy, modern atmosphere, perfect for spending wonderful moments with your loved ones.

An increasingly comfortable beach

Significant work is also being carried out on the beach at the Village, particularly on the jetty and the Kite Bar on the sand. The jetty will be upgraded to improve safety and general appearance, while the Kite Bar will be structurally renovated to improve the quality of the services offered and fully meet the expectations of guests.

More sports for everyone with a new padel court

The 2025 season will also see a programme of targeted work on the Village's sports facilities, which will further improve their quality standards. In addition, a brand new padel court will be built, designed to meet the needs of an ever-increasing number of sports lovers and to expand Tenuta Primero's sports offer.

Info point and Mini Club

The work planned for the Village also includes the creation of an info point in the reception area and the refurbishment of the Mini Club area to accommodate all the recreational activities for the little ones.
