Is entertainment provided?

Our entertainment team will be present approximately from the end of May to early September and will organise sports activities, tournaments, entertainment for adults and children, evening shows and dances.

Is Wi-Fi available in the holiday village? Is it free?

Free wi-fi is included in the price.

Do you have a supermarket inside the Village?

Yes, there is a supermarket and a bazaar in the village.

How does the private beach access work?

It can be booked both at the time of booking and subsequently. Contextual booking is recommended for high season periods and to take advantage of any offers that require it.

Is entry to the swimming pool free of charge?

Entrance to the water park is always included in the price. Parasols and sun loungers are free but subject to availability.

Can dogs swim in the sea?

Dogs cannot access the beach area and cannot enter the sea.

Do you have lactose/gluten free or vegetarian products?

Menu variations are possible; please inform us of any type of variations, intolerances and/or allergies upon arrival. The kitchen does not have a certified space to prepare gluten free food.

Do you have a laundry?

There is a laundry room in the Village with coin-operated dryers and washing machines. Detergent is not included, but can be purchased at the Village supermarket.

How can I get to the Village? How is it connected to the town?

On the A4 Auto route, direction Trieste, exit at Noventa di Piave and go towards Eraclea. There, take SP42 (Strada Provinciale Jesolana). When you get to “Armando Picchi” Roundabout, follow the signs to Cortellazzo. Jesolo Mare Village is connected to town by the n° 2 bus line (every 20 minutes).

When is the reception open?

From 7.30 am to 9.00 pm.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept payments in cash (within the legal limits), debit card, credit card and cheque.

Can I choose my bungalow number?

No, this is not possible.

Are sheets and towels included?

Bed linen with weekly change is included in the price. Towels are not included but can be rented when booking or directly on site. To avoid availability issues, we recommend booking towels in advance.

How does cleaning work?

The accommodation will be cleaned and sanitized the day of your arrival. Before you go, you must leave it the way you found it. You can add the final cleaning service at any time, but it is a paid service.

When can I check-in/ check-out?

Our reception is open from 7:30 a.m. to 9.00 p.m., and a security officer is always present at night. The accommodation key will be handed over from 5.00 p.m. If you come earlier, you can use all the services of the Village (beach, swimming pools, restaurant) At Check out you must return the keys by 10:00 am. Please inform us as soon as possible if you arrive late (after 9.00 p.m.), and if you intend to leave during the night.
