Can I bring my dog?
Yes, just ensure your dog is on a leash at all times and always pick up any dog waste. If you need extra waste bags for your dog, these are available from Reception.
If you are staying in our mobile homes, please inform us about your pet at the time of booking.
Is there a programme of entertainments?
Yes. This service is generally available in July and August.
Does the accommodation have pans and tableware?
All accommodation has a fully equipped kitchenette.
Is there a cycle hire service?
Yes. We work with Mattioli Service, not far from the camp site.
Are showers charged separately?
No, showers are free. However, water is a precious resource and so we kindly ask you not to waste it.
Is there a Wi-Fi connection at the resort?
Yes, and it's free throughout the village
Is access to the swimming pool included?
Yes, the swimming pool is free to all our guests.
Is there any accommodation for people with disabilities?
Unfortunately, there is no accommodation for people with disabilities.
When can I check-in/check/out (accommodation)?
You are guaranteed to receive the keys to your accommodation after 5:00pm. If you arrive before 5:00pm, you can in any case use all of the services in the Village. You must return the keys before 10:00 AM.
Is there a market at the resort?
Yes, there's a market that sells different items inside the resort.
Is there a laundromat at the reserve?
Yes, the resort does have a laundromat.
What small electrical appliances can I plug in together at pitches with 3 amp sockets?
Light, fridge, and coffee machine.
I have small children; is there a changing area available?
Yes. There is a baby changing room in the central toilet block.
What is the altitude of the Village?
The Village is 1,373 metres above sea level.
If my friends and/or family want to visit me in the Village, what do I need to do?
Just come to the reception, leave a document and if your guests are staying for more than one hour, you will need to pay the relevant tariff.
If I think I am going to arrive the day after the start of my reservation period, do I need to inform you?
Yes, even if we wait until 3:00pm of the following day before cancelling your booking.
I made a booking a few days ago, but I still have not received any confirmation.
Please wait at least 24 hours to receive bank details. If the reservation has been paid for, then you will receive a confirmation email. The time necessary for this may vary (5 – 6 days).

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash payments (under the limits set by the law) and debit and credit cards.
As well as my camper van, I also have motorcycles with me. Is there an extra charge?
One motorcycle (or car) is included in the price of the pitch; any other vehicles are subject to a charge, as per current prices.
What happens if I arrive after the time to occupy my pitch/accommodation?
Nothing, because if the pitch/accommodation has been paid for from that date, it will not be given to anyone else.
What happens if I arrive before the set time to occupy my pitch/accommodation?
You will need to wait for the pitch/accommodation to be handed over, but in the meantime you can visit the Village.
If I arrive one day before the reservation date for my stay, would we be able to occupy the pitch or accommodation?
It depends. Contact us and if the pitch/accommodation your reserved is available, you can check in.
