Is entertainment provided?
Our entertainment team will be in place approximately from June to early September, and will provide sports activities, tournaments, adults and children’s entertainment, as well as evening shows and dances.
Is there Wi-Fi in the Family Camping Village?
There is free Wi-Fi in all communal areas (Reception, Restaurant/bar)
Is there a supermarket inside the Village?
Yes, there is a supermarket and a bazaar inside the Camping Village
Do you have a laundry service?
Inside the Camping Village there are various laundry points, with coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryers. Detergents are not included but can be purchased at the supermarket
How does the beach service work?
A voucher for the beach service shall be provided by reception during check-in, which should then be presented to the bathing establishment to receive the service (only when provided).
Do you provide gluten-free /lactose-free and vegetarian food?
Variations on the menu are possible; please inform us of any type of variation, intolerance and/or allergy on your arrival. We do not have Gluten-free certification.
How is the camping village connected to the towns and city?
The Sole Family Camping Village is about 800 m from the towns of Porto Corsini and Marina Romea. The city of Ravenna is about 10 km away. All these localities can easily be reached by car or by bike.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment in cash (within legal limits), by debit card and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, CartaSì).

When can I check-in/check-out of the camping pitch?
Check-in is available from 8.00 am. Camping pitches are available from 12.00 noon. If the camping pitch is free before 12: 00 noon, it is possible to check-in in advance. Check-out: the camping pitch must be vacated no later than 12.00 noon.
Is there any accommodation with disabled access?
Barrier-free accommodations are available in the village.
Are sheets, towels and kitchenware included?
Sheets and kitchenware are included. It is possible to rent towels. These can be requested at the time of booking or at the reception
How does cleaning service work?
The accommodation is delivered clean and sanitised on the day of arrival. Upon departure you will be asked to leave it clean and tidy. Cleaning service is included in the bungalow tariff. The kitchenette and kitchenware must be left clean. If not, an additional cost will be charged.
When can I check-in/check-out of the bungalow?
Reception is open 24 h a day. The delivery of the accommodation keys is guaranteed from 5:00 pm onwards. Check-out requires that the accommodation keys must be returned no later than 10:00 am.
