Zero Risk protects the payments for your stay: even pre-payments are protected when typically they are non-refundable.

The service is valid in all Club del Sole Villages, with the exception of the Centro Turistico Città di Bologna, and on all types of accommodation and pitches. The offer applies to all stays from the opening of the facilities until their closure.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Not refundable. The cancellation of the stay must be communicated in writing by email to the following address: annullamenti@clubdelsole.com indicating the name of the camping village, booking number, surname, and name of the booking's owner.
In case of cancellation or non-arrival, Club del Sole will not refund the payment, but the guest can contact Europassistance to ask for compensation. The terms and deadlines to contact the insurance are written on the policy that you can find during the booking process.
All cancellations communicated by telephone will not be taken into consideration. In case of late arrival or early departure, the payment is due for the entire sum agreed in the booking letter. In case of early departure, no refund will be made for unused holidays. In case of no-show, if the guest does not inform the reception, the lodging/Pitch will be available for a new sale from noon (12 o'clock) of the following day.
