Terms of the offer
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. In case of later cancellation, penalty of the cost of the first night of the reservation (board included).
Payment for the first night at the moment of the reservation (board included). Balance on site upon arrival. As per our sales terms, we do not accept cash payments for an amount equal to or higher than 1.000,00€ for a single reservation, also in case of split payments.
The cancellation of the stay must be communicated in writing by email to the following address: annullamenti@clubdelsole.com writing the name of the camping village, booking number, surname, and name of the booking's owner.
All cancellations communicated by telephone will not be taken into consideration.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the payment is due for the entire sum agreed in the booking letter.
In case of no-show, without any communication from the guest, we will put up for sale again the room at noon of the day following the original arrival date.
