Terms of the offer
Cancellation request received up to 30 days before the arrival date: refund of the advance payement without any penalty.
Cancellation request received between 29 and 14 days before the arrival date: penalty of 30% of the total amount.
Cancellation request received within 13 days prior to the arrival date: penalty of 100% of the total amount.
The cancellation of the stay must be communicated in writing by email to the following address: annullamenti@clubdelsole.com indicating the name of the camping village, booking number, surname and name of the booking's owner.
All cancellations communicated by telephone will not be taken into consideration.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the payment is due for the entire sum agreed in the booking letter.
In case of early departure, no refund will be made for unused holidays.
If cancellation request is received on the check-in day, or in case of no-show, penalty of 100% of the total amount.
In case of no-show, if the guest does not inform the reception, the lodging/Pitch well be available for a new sale from noon (12 o'clock) of the following day.
