Did you know that at Vigna sul Mar they used to produce “Vino delle sabbie”, a wine made from a grape variety typical of the Ferrara area that grows on sandy soil? Local traditions are an integral part of the history of Vigna sul Mar: in fact until the mid Seventies where the camping village stands today was a farm with a vineyard extending as far as the sea. And the present indoor restaurant was the old farmhouse.
