Is entertainment provided?

Our entertainment team will be operational indicatively from June to early September and will organise sports activities, tournaments, adult and children’s entertainment, as well as evening shows and dances.

Do you have a restaurant in the village?

There is a restaurant/pizzeria in the Village, which also provides a take-away service

Do you have a supermarket in the village?

There is a supermarket in the Village selling a variety of products and items

Do the supermarket and restaurant cater for people with special dietary requirements?

Both the supermarket and restaurant offer products and dishes for people with special dietary requirements, and staff are on hand to assist and advise customers.

How does the beach service work?

Our guests can use an equipped partner beach near our holiday village.

Is it free to use the pool?

Entry to the pool and use of the space and equipment are free of charge (subject to availability).

Is there Wi-Fi on the village?

There is Wi-Fi in the communal areas (Restaurant, pool, entertainment area) and in the Village area.

How is the camping village connected to Marina di Ravenna? And to Ravenna?

Marina di Ravenna and Ravenna can be reached by bike (also available for hire in the Village) along convenient cycle paths, or by car or shuttle bus

Does the Family Camping Village allow pets?

The family camping village does allow dogs.

How is the entry of outside visitors regulated?

Management reserves the right to allow entry to day visitors. Visitors may access the Village on foot only, from 8.00 am to 11.00 pm after submitting an ID document. If a visit lasts for longer than 2 hours, the day visitor rate as set out in the price list shall be charged; only one free access per day is permitted.

Is it possible to enter with more than one vehicle?

One vehicle parking space is provided for each unit (bungalow or camping pitch).

What are the conditions for cancelling a booking?

What are the methods of payment?

Payment by cash (amount not exceeding the legal limits), credit card, debit card or bank transfer.

What are the check-in/check-out times?

Accommodations are available from 5.00 p.m, while pitches are available from 12.00 p.m. Accommodations must be left by 10 a.m. and pitches by 12 p.m.

Is there accessible accommodation for people with disabilities? Are there dedicated toilet facilities?

There is accessible accommodation in the Village, and there is one dedicated toilet facility in each toilet block in the Village

Can I choose the number of my bungalow?

It is possible to indicate a number preference, which Management will bear in mind whilst reserving the right to allocate a different bungalow number.

Are sheets and towels included?

The price includes bed linen (first supply) but not towels.
