Is there a walkway to the sea for people with disabilities?

In the village there are coin-operated washing machines.

In the village there is a mini-market and a bazaar.

Is it possible to buy amusement park tickets?

How does the beach service work?

It is possible to book the beach service separately, at a special price reserved for our customers.

Can dogs swim in the sea?

Due to local ordinance dogs cannot swim in the sea.

With the Hotel Formula included in the booking, am I obliged to have lunch or dinner at the restaurant or can I also use the Take Away service?

It is possible to use the takeaway service.

Do you provide gluten-free/lactose-free and vegetarian products?

Variations from the restaurant menu are possible. Please inform us upon your arrival of any variations, intolerances and/or allergies. We do not have Gluten-free certification. There are gluten-free products in the market.

Can I drive my car inside the Village?

No, it is not possible.

How can I get to your village?

By motorway: take the “Rimini Nord” exit and follow the road signs for Viserba. By train: From Rimini central Station take the bus n. 4 for San Mauro Mare to bus stop no. 14.

Are dogs allowed in the village and on the beach?

Dogs are allowed in the village but owners must carry their dog's health booklet with them. Dogs are also allowed in the restaurant and on the beach in a dedicated area. It would be better to carry a muzzle with you.

How is the holiday village connected to the town?

The bus n.4 connects the village to the city of Rimini with daily runs until 1:00 a.m.

We accept debit card, credit card, Amex (no Diners), payments in cash (amount not exceeding the legal limits).

When can I check-in/check-out to the mobile home?

The delivery of the accommodation keys is guaranteed from 5:00 p.m. However, the reception is open from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and, if you arrive before 5 p.m., you can still use all the Village's services (beach, restaurant, parking inside the Village, etc.). Check-out and the return of the keys must be done no later than 10:00 a.m. Please inform us in advance if your expected arrival is after 9 pm and any departures during the night.
