Is entry to the swimming pool free of charge?

Entrance to the swimming pool is included in the price; sun umbrellas and sunbeds in the sunbathing area are available to guests upon availability. 

Do you have a restaurant? Is it possible to have full / half board?

Inside the village there is a restaurant offering excellent traditional cuisine with an original twist and also a take-away service. Half or full board service are also available on payment of a supplement.

Do you provide gluten-free /lactose-free and vegetarian food?

Variations on the menu are possible; please inform us of any type of variation, intolerance and/or allergy on your arrival. We do not have Gluten-free certification.

Do you have a supermarket in the village?

In our Holiday Village you can find a shop with typical local food products. 

Is there Wi-Fi on the village? Is there a charge?

Wi-Fi is available in all the village and it is free of charge for all guests.

How is the village connected with the towns and city?

The Pineta Beach Village is about 2 km away from the centre of Milano Marittima, which can be reached by car or on foot in fifteen minutes or by bike in five minutes. Otherwise, there is a local bus service to Cervia, Pinarella and Tagliata. The bus stop is 50 metres from the campsite. The extra-urban bus with a stop 20 m from the campsite allows you to reach Ravenna or the Mirabilandia park.

How far is the beach and how does the beach service work?

The Village has direct access to the beach with private bathing establishment for a fee, or to the free beach next to it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment in cash (amount not exceeding the legal limits), by debit card and credit card (not American Express).

What are the conditions in case of cancellation?

Is it possible to choose the bungalow number?

It is not possible to choose the number of the bungalow

How does cleaning service work?

The accommodation is delivered clean and sanitised on the day of arrival. Upon departure you will be asked to leave the living area, kitchenette and kitchenware clean and tidy. If not, an additional cost will be charged.

Is there any accommodation with disabled access?

Pineta Beach Village has some masonry bungalows accessible to persons in wheelchairs. For further information, please consult the accommodation page.

Are sheets and towels included?

The first set of bed linen and towels is included.

When can I check in/check out of the bungalow?

Check-in is available from 8.00 am. The delivery of the accommodation keys is guaranteed from 5:00 p.m. Guests arriving before the accommodation is ready may use the village services (pool, restaurant, beach). The allocated parking space will be accessible only from 10.00 am onwards. On the day of departure, the accommodation keys must be returned no later than 10 a.m. Depending on availability, a late check-out may be agreed for a fee. It is always a good rule to inform us in case of arrival after 9.00 pm. From midnight to 7 a.m. it is not allowed to enter or leave the village with motor vehicles.
