Take your place under the canopy of the central restaurant and enjoy our gourmet buffet. All our dishes are freshly made by our chefs. If instead you fancy a tasty burger, then you can always try our friendly food truck.
A gourmet buffet with dishes prepared on the spot and served hot: what more could you ask for? If you are staying with us under the Hotel Formula option, the Centrale restaurant will become your reference point for family lunches or dinners. A relaxed atmosphere, plenty of space, and the skills of our chefs are all available to you.
