How about a classic spaghetto alle vongole (spaghetti with clams), a Tataki of Romagna tuna with prosciutto and squacquerone cheese, or perhaps a Gran Fritto Mare Dolcevita with crispy vegetables? Do you prefer tradition? Why not then one of the highest expressions of Emilia-Romagna cuisine, namely “tagliatella casereccia” (homemade tagliatella) bolognese style? But on the menu you will also find a wide choice of pizzas, vegetarian options and many dishes thought up for children!
