More than 50 basins surrounded by a 14-km channel that lets the Adriatic Sea in and out: Cervia's Salt Works are not just one of the Italian finest salt production facilities, they are also a very peculiar natural reserve to discover. During the guided tours, you will get a chance to see how the precious 'white gold' is collected, and also an untamed environment with flamingos and many other bird species.
