Is there a kids club?
As a rule, our entertainments team is in place from June to September.
Are the football pitches, beach volley or tennis courts free to use? And what about bike hire?
All of our sports pitches and fields are free to use during the tournaments organised by our Entertainments Team. Otherwise, they are subject to a charge and available for use after booking:
- tennis court: with racquets, €4.00 per hour (see reception for booking)
- five-a-side football pitch with artificial grass: €2.00 per person (see reception for booking)
- Bike hire: ½ day Euro 10.00; Full day Euro 15.00; 3 days Euro 25.00; 1 week Euro 50.00 (also available with front/rear seat for children - see reception for booking)
Is there a doctor or paediatrician near the Village?
Yes. Information is available at reception. Home visits are available (there is a charge). Atri Hospital is just 10 km away.

Which payment methods are accepted? What times is the cash desk open?
The cash desk is open every day from 6:00pm to 10:00pm. Payments are accepted in cash, via instant bank transfer, and debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB). The amount payable for lodges and pitches reserved must be made before the end of the day after arrival.
I have a dog. Can I bring him on holiday with me?
Of course. Our Village has a whole range of exclusive services for your dog, including a dedicated pool, spray park, play area, walking area, and dog wash. Your dog can also accompany you to the free pebble beach adjacent to our private beach.
According to municipal regulations, animals can enter the water every day, before 9:30am and after 6:30pm. The Village also has an agreement with the "Luna Rossa" beach (3.5 km from our facility). For more information or to make bookings, call: +39 320-8780705.
Can I put attach ropes to trees to secure a hammock in the camping area?
No. It is not permitted to attach ropes or cords to the trees. We recommend using the relevant clothes racks for drying and hammocks equipped with the proper support stands. We also ask that you respect the environment by not pouring hot or soapy water into the ground or against plants or trees.
What are the times for checking in and out?
Reception opening hours: from 08:00am to 10:00pm (peak season).
Check-in: lodges available from 1:00pm to 9:00pm (peak season). Pitches available from 11:00am to 9:00pm (peak season). Between check-in and receiving keys or a pitch, it is possible to enter the village and use our services.
Check out: lodges must be vacated by 9:00am on the day of departure. For the possibility, the method and any charge for late check-out, ask at Reception. Pitches: these must be vacated by 10:00am on the date of departure, independently of the time of arrival in the village. Anything after this time and the date of departure will be counted as a day’s stay, during peak season, and there will be a charge for the people staying in other periods. (According to availability, to be agreed with reception). Important: people under the age of 18 will only be admitted if accompanied by parents.
Is a deposit payable for bungalows or mobile homes?
Yes. 50.00 euros in cash for anyone staying in a lodge, to be paid on arrival. The deposit will be returned when you check out, after the lodge has been vacated and the keys returned.
