Why stand in long queues at the check-in when you could already be lying on your sunbed on the beach enjoying the sunshine and sea? If you are about to set off for a holiday in one of our villages with your family, remember to check in online! It is the fastest and most convenient way to avoid unnecessary waiting on your arrival in the village, when you will be requested to complete the documents required to enter our facilities.

Checking in online is really easy and smart!

  1. Follow the link given in your pre-stay email, which will arrive in your e-mail box a few days before your arrival date in the village
  2. Complete the online check-in procedure
  3. Enjoy your holiday!

What’s more, this year checking in online is even more worthwhile: if you choose this method and if you habe booked minumum 3 nights in an accommodation (no pitches), it will give you truly exclusive advantages, in addition to the convenience of halving waiting times when you arrive in the village.

In the Club del Sole villages operating My Smart Cash (Jesolo Mare, Spina, Vigna sul Mar, Adriano, Marina, Pini, Stork, Orbetello, Stella del Mare, Marina Julia and Desenzano Glam Village), you will receive a maximum of 15 euros of credit per family (or 5 euros per person) uploaded directly onto our electronic payment system. If you are staying in a village in which e-money is not available, you will instead receive a pizza voucher for each person (for max 3 people), which you can redeem in a restaurant of your choice in the village.

THE GOLDEN RULES

  1. Wash your hands frequently with soap and the handsanitizing gel station all around the campsite;
  2. avoid touching your face or eyes with your hands; practice with the “cough-etiquette”: cover mouth and nose with disposable tissue when you sneeze or cough.
  3. If you do not have a tissue, use your bent elbow;
  4. keep a safe distance of at least 1 meter and avoid gatherings;
  5. if the distance is less than 1 meter, please wear your mask.

COMMON FACILITIES

  1. Use the hand-sanitizer gel in and out;
  2. avoid to touch all public surfaces, by putting your personal toilet bag in a plastic case. If you wish, use your personal sanitizer before touching the surface;
  3. the usable sinks are alternated in order to keep the right distance.

UPDATED AREAS

All common areas have been updated for a physical distancing. We provide for a more peaceful holiday, by renouncing to a portion of the accommodations.

ENFORCED CLEANUP

Several hand-sanitizer station are located in all areas. In line with new security requirements, we updated our sanification and clean-up services both in common spaces (toilets and public showers) and private spaces (bungalow and mobile homes). Clean-up will be provided al least twice a day, using products suggested by igenic protocols. Either all common surfaces, will be sanitized daily. Sanitizer kits are available for individual use.

HOLIDAY CHEER

We reorganize the access to the pool, restaurants, bar, shops and beaches and entertainment activities by following the Health Authority dispositions. You’ll enjoy our delivery service right to your pitch, bungalow and mobile homes, to taste our specialities from the comfort of your home.

IF YOU HAVE SYMPTOMS

  1. Before departure, if you experience fever over 37.5 ° and / or breathing difficulties, or have been in contact with positive people in the last 14 days, unfortunately you cannot come on vacation;
  2. during your holiday, if you have breathe disease and/or fever up to 37.5 ° stay home (bungalows or pitches) and keep a safe distance of 2 meters;
  3. call directly the reception. Our staff will contact immediately the sanity authority. You must be aware that you, and your company, have to leave the camping as soon as possible;
  4. we have an emergency kit (devices and protecting suites).
  5. the pitch / bungalow / mobile home will be isolated and sanitized.

WHICH HEALTH PRECAUTIONS ARE YOU TAKING?

We will apply with the utmost care all rules by the Italian Minister of Health and by the Region where each Campsite/Resort is located. These measures may regard personnel, cleaning and all other precautions about managing our public spaces (all facilities, for example restaurant, bar, toilets and showers block, private beach, pools, playground, etc.).


HOW WILL YOU HELP SOCIAL DISTANCING?

We are currently re-organizing all our procedures and services, such as restaurant, bar, pool, etc., as well as entertainment, looking for alternative solutions, such as for example roadshows.


HOW CAN I USE THE SERVICES – BAR, RESTAURANT, POOL?

We made changes to the way we offer our services, for example we boosted the take away, adding delivery service to the mobile home or to the sun umbrella. In all facilities our staff member will supervise the access, to guarantee the respect of social distancing rules given by the authorities.


WILL YOU BLOCK THE ACCESS FROM SPECIFIC COUNTRIES?

We foresee no limitation, but we will apply any rule or restriction regarding travelers from specific regions/countries promulgated by the authorities.

Hygiene

HOW DO YOU CLEAN LODGINGS AND PUBLIC SPACES?

Our staff is duly trained to use chemical cleanser and specific instruments to sanitize the interiors of the lodging and the surfaces, according to the rules by the medical authorities.


WHICH PRODUCT DO YOU USE TO CLEAN AN SANITIZE?

We will use, as we always have, products approved by the Minister of Health and the WHO. The product are chlorine-based or alcohol-based, to guarantee the maximum possible cleanliness of all surfaces. In the main public spaces, hand sanitizer dispenser will be available for the guests.


HOW WILL YOU ACT IN CASE OF INFECTION?

We will respect all indications by the healthcare authorities about prevention, social distancing and sanitization, involving both our team and our guests.

Entertainment

WILL CHILDREN ACTIVITIES LIKE BABY DISCO OR EVENING SHOWS BE ALLOWED?

We are renewing our entertainment programs to match all rules and indications. We will introduce new kind of activities for children and adults, to be enjoyed in small groups.


WHICH PRECAUTIONS WILL YOU APPLY ABOUT SOCIAL DISTANCING BETWEEN ENTERTAINMENT STAFF AND CHILDREN?

All entertainment staff members will be informed about the rules and apply them in all activities, to guarantee social distancing and to avoid the formation of bigger groups. We are currently reorganizing children activities, and creating new games that can be enjoyed without physical contact with others.


WILL YOU PROVIDE ACTIVITIES THAT DO NOT INVOLVE CONTACT OR CLOSENESS WITH OTHERS?

Of course, social distancing and no physical contact are the rules of thumb for the entertainment in Summer 2020, respecting all rules and competent indications.

Pool and Beach

CAN I GO TO THE POOL OR THE BEACH?

Yes you will be able to do it, unless the competent authorities add restrictions in the future. Our staff will check the number of people entering the areas, and verify that the proper distances between sum umbrellas are kept. All procedures about hygiene and sanitization will be applied.


WHICH MEASURES ARE YOU TAKING ABOUT DISTANCING?

On the private beach, the sun umbrellas will be further apart to provide more space between guests, according to the new protocols that will be given by competent authorities. A member of our staff will take all the guest to their umbrella and will oversee that all guest respect the mentioned rules.


HOW WILL YOU SANITIZE THE POOLS?

Pools, solarium and the pool area in general will be treated every day with chlorine-based products, as by the regulation against Covid-19.

Social Distancing

HOW WILL YOU MANAGE SOCIAL DISTANCING INSIDE THE CAMPSITE/RESORT?

We are implementing new procedures about public spaces, where the formation of groups is more likely. For example we will have a new, faster check-in procedure and we will further encourage online check-in. The access to the pools, toilets and all shared spaces will be subject to rules and controlled.


HOW FILL YOU CONTROL THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE PRESENT IN COMMON AREAS?

Our staff members will be trained to control and manage the inflow and outflow of people, to avoid queues and groups.


WHICH PERSONAL PROTECTION EQUIPMENT WILL YOU PROVIDE THE GUESTS?

We will provide equipment as in the prescription by the Government.

Restaurant

HOW WILL THE BAR AND RESTAURANT CHANGE?

In the restaurant the tables will be more distances, to guarantee the best service without causing unnecessary proximity. The number of available places will be therefore reduced and the reservation will be mandatory. Moreover, we will double the number of times we clean/sanitize all surfaces and spots where a contact between staff and guest may occur. In the bar the waiting service will be always available.


CAN WE CONSUME RESTAURANT DISHES IN OUR LODGING OR PITCH AND NOT INSIDE THE RESTAURANT?

Yes you can, we offer a take-away service and a Delivery Service. For the Take Away Service we will use electronic devices to avoid queues in front of the restaurant, and you will be able to book online your meal. The Delivery Service will be available in all food and drink points of the campsite, our staff will deliver the food/drink directly to the bungalow/pitch or sun umbrella on the private beach.

FAQ - Upgrade 2021

No, neither. All guests just must subscribe a self-certification when they first enter the Campsite/resort, as in 2020.

No, there won’t. The curfew does not apply inside touristic facilities.

Yes, you can. The rules about closing at 22.00 do not apply to cafés and restaurants inside touristic facilities. This closing time is valid only for the restaurants Dolcevita Riccione and Hamerica’s because they are located outside the premises of the Campsite/resort.

There are at the present day no restrictions about end time for activities.

Yes, they will, if they sign the self-certification when they enter, and they get registered as daily guests.

No, there isn’t, unless Italian Government choses to apply more restrictive rules to some Countries. At the present day, no quarantine or isolation is imposed for UE-countries.
